Linda’s current series of work is
influenced by summer holidays and winter escapes to
seaside destinations. Their design is inspired by the
white sands found along our coastlines. These sands
constitute an ever evolving, living artwork. Teeming
with intriguing shells and corals, the beaches are a
glimmering palette. Even the smallest creatures leave
delicate imprints in the immense sandy canvas.
Linda’s vessels are wheel thrown
using Southern Ice porcelain, altered, carved and
refilled. The studio is a well lit space nestled in the
leafy green Woodridge estate in Eltham. Classes and
workshops are run on a weekly basis.
