After studying ceramic design at CIT in the early 70’s Judy was apprenticed to a studio working in the Les Blakeborough tradition. She co-founded a production pottery at Dunmoochinin 1976 and established the Twin Chough and Globe Pottery with sculptor Tony Trembath at Cottlesbridge in 1978. After working in Japan in 2000 the pottery was extended for broader experimentation and teaching. Judy has been teaching within the community for 30 years.
The new studio show room is now open by appointment throughout the year.
